Introductory Insight Session
(60-Minute Deep Dive – First Session)
This session is for people who want clarity and direction.
In this focused session, we identify the specific patterns or reactions that keep returning under pressure and look at why awareness alone hasn’t been enough to change them.
Together, we clarify what needs to shift and what kind of support will help change hold.
You might book this session if you
• understand your patterns but still react the same way
• feel disoriented after therapy or a psychedelic experience

Insight Session
(60-Minute Ongoing Sessions)
These sessions are for clients who want change to stabilize over time.
Ongoing integration sessions provide consistent support as you practice new responses, refine boundaries, and apply insight in daily life.
We track what holds, what slips under stress, and what needs reinforcement so progress doesn’t collapse between sessions.
You might book ongoing sessions if you
• notice progress fading when life gets demanding
• want support practicing new behaviors until they feel natural
• are ready to build calm and consistency into your routine
This work helps change become your baseline.
