About Me
Meet Tisha
Tisha is a holistic practitioner and psychedelic integration specialist with over 15 years of experience in somatic and trauma informed work.
Her work supports people who have already done therapy, retreats, or plant medicine and are ready to turn insight into real, lasting change.
She specializes in helping clients break entrenched behavioral patterns, stabilize trauma driven responses, and step out of cycles that continue to show up under pressure, especially in relationships, boundaries, and daily decision making. Rather than work that makes healing feel like a never ending project, Tisha’s approach emphasizes embodiment, practicing new responses until they become sustainable habits in real life.
Tisha is certified in Compassionate Inquiry, cognitive behavioral techniques, and yoga, and has trained extensively in trauma informed approaches. Her background includes global study with traditional healers and formal training in the Bwiti tradition and iboga, grounding her work in both modern therapeutic frameworks and ancestral plant medicine lineages.
At the core of her approach is integration, supporting clients after therapy or psychedelic experiences so awareness does not fade, insight does not stay theoretical, and change does not collapse under stress. Her work helps clients develop calm that holds, boundaries that last, and patterns that no longer require constant self monitoring to maintain.
Tisha’s practice is direct, grounded, and practical. She works with people who are done chasing breakthroughs and ready to live differently, steadily, honestly, and with integrity in their everyday lives.
